• Morning Arrival: 
  • Two entrance  gates will open at 8:05am each morning as well as classroom doors on the interior of campus
  • All students may enter at either entrance (Parents may not enter through the gates) 
    • East Gate near Kindergarten  
    • Main Gate between Gym and C wing.
  • Students enter gates and move directly to their open classrooms
  • Gates close promptly  at 8:10am
  • Late students arriving after 8:10am will enter through the main office
• NC Parking lot is for staff only and is not available for student drop off or pick up during arrival and dismissal
• Kindergarten - additional information is in your classroom welcome letters

• Dismissal
  • Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd teacher will walk there classes out to designated spots that they will share in their welcome letters for students to be picked up or go to aftercare
  • 3rd, 4th and 5th will release students from their classrooms to walk out and meet parents or ride their bikes home or to aftercare.

• Follow Staff Instructions: Our dedicated staff members will be present during drop-off and pick-up times to assist and guide you and students through the process. We kindly request that you follow their instructions and directions to maintain a safe and efficient environment.

There is no supervision for students before 8:00am. Students must be supervised by a parent or guardian if they are on the school campus prior to 8:05 a.m..There is no after school supervision for children on our playground. Students are released at 2:50 p.m. (2:00 p.m. for Kindergarten) and they must be picked up by an adult or attend an after school class. They may not be on the playground unsupervised. Children who are not with a designated adult will be required to stay in the school office until a parent or guardian arrives.

NO ON CAMPUS PARKING If you do drive, please note that there is NO PARKING OR DRIVING ON CAMPUS in the school parking lot between 7:30am and 3:30pm. The parking lot cannot be used for student drop-off.

Please park off campus and walk (or have your kids walk to you), please! If you walk with your student to campus, please do not bring a pet with you. No dogs or cats allowed on the school campus.

Please remember to be safe as you drop your children off at school. Take a moment to read these important reminders:

• Riding bikes for adults and students on campus is prohibited
• Do not block driveways or fire hydrants with vehicles
• Use crosswalks and to walk across the street
• Use sidewalks at all times
